BEST-IN-CLASS 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Plans change, and we make it easy. Cancel any regular day trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund. No questions asked. No cancellation fees. Simple.
Late cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Cancellation deadlines are firm. Weather is part of the adventure! Our trips run rain, snow, sleet, or shine. We look forward to making every journey memorable, no matter the conditions.
Exceptions:
• Groups of 10 or more: 72 hours
• Jeep and RZR rentals: 72 hours
• Multi-day rafting trips: 14 days
Trip Insurance option:
For only 8% of your booking total, your whole group can get trip protection that allows you to cancel any time 12 hours BEFORE your trip launch date and get an 80% refund. If canceled within the 12-hour window before your launch date, no refund will be given.
