Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 72 hours before your departure date to receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, if you miss your trip for any reason within the 72-hour window (such as illness, COVID-19, emergencies, emergency room visits, or no-shows), we won’t be able to offer a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we genuinely sympathize with any difficulties this may cause. However, our policy helps us manage our adventures effectively and fairly for all guests. Keep in mind once we are within 72- hours you have non-refundable tickets. For added peace of mind, consider our Trip Insurance option.

Trip Insurance option:
For only 8% of your booking total, your whole group can get trip protection that allows you to cancel any time 12 hours BEFORE your trip launch date and get a full refund in the form of a non-expiring gift card. If canceled within 12 hours of your launch date no refund or gift card will be given.
